Regular Digital Print
Regular digital printing is perfect for creating intricate artwork and images, featuring precise patterns and bold colors.
It’s efficient for large quantities of custom scarves, with a quick turnaround—sample production takes 7-10 days, while mass production takes about 15-20 days.
However, the colors on the back side may not be as bright as those on the front, and their appearance can differ based on fabric type and thickness.
Double-Sided Digital Print
Double-sided digital printing is the upgrade of regular digital printing, allowing the printing of artworks on two sides of fabrics.
No need to worry about poor ink penetration, this method creates both sides with the same or different patterns, effectively giving you two scarves in one.
However, this option has a longer production time, is more expensive, and requires a minimum order of 50 pieces per pattern.
Screen Print
Screen printing creates vibrant colors with excellent saturation on both sides and delivers clear lines, making it superior to regular digital printing.
This traditional method is versatile and known for its durability, often used by high-end brands like Hermes.
If you order in bulk, screen printing can be a cost-effective option. The minimum order quantity is 100-200 pieces for each design. The process complexity also leads to a higher price, typically $40 per color.

We accept JPG, JPEG, PDF, AI, TIFF, and PSD files. The resolution should be 150-300 DPI and match the scarf’s size.
Add a 1-1.5 cm bleed for hemming. Pantone color codes are recommended for accurate color matching.
