Standard Digital Printing
Standard digital printing is desirable for most fabrics. Whether to print simple or intricate designs, it produces precise, clear details. Additionally, the standard digital printing is efficient and economical. However, on some thicker scarves, the color may appear lighter on the reverse side.
Double-Sided Digital Printing
Double-sided digital printing creates equally high-precision designs on both sides. You can custom-design the same or different artworks for either side. The scarf is, therefore, reversible and more sophisticated. Yet, double-sided digital print scarves are more difficult to make. They require longer production times and high costs. For the best results, we suggest applying it to thick scarves.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is known for its excellent penetration, resulting in vibrant colors on both sides. Unlike polished digital printing, it features a slightly textured, artisanal feel. It is the bespoke finish that brings your artistic work to life. Nevertheless, screen printing is not ideal for printing complex motifs. And it is less cost-effective for small-batch orders.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is exclusively utilized for polyester scarves. It is renowned for its long-lasting, fade-free colors and low environmental impact. Besides, sublimation printing is efficient and cost-effective. However, it is not suitable for natural fabrics and dark fabrics.

- If you’d like to check prototypes printed with your design, we can send you a custom scarf tailored to your artwork. Under such circumstances, the sample cost is required.
After you place an order:
- Sino Silk can also provide pre-production samples. Both photo samples and physical prototypes are available on demand. If you have multiple designs, we can print them on one fabric to save your sample cost. After the final order is confirmed, the sample fee can be refunded for bulk orders above a certain quantity.

- Confirm all Details & Place an Order
Please confirm the fabric, size, printing techniques, hemming methods, packaging, and other details with us. Once everything is confirmed, you can place an order. It’s worth mentioning that we also provide samples before and after ordering.
- Mass Production & Quality Inspection
After sample confirmation, our factory will begin bulk production. Before packaging, we will conduct a rigorous quality inspection on every scarf.
- Shippment
Finally, we’ll arrange reliable worldwide shipping to deliver your custom scarves to your destination. You will receive a tracking number for your order promptly.
