Our products include:

There are three kinds of technique

Printing: digital printing and screen printing, directly print your logo or patterns on fabric, then using fabric to make final products, it is good for custom bulk order.

Embroidery: suitable for simple logo, by applying thread or yarn on solid color fabric or incorporating other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

Vinyl Printing: Vinyl printing is heat transfer, by using a machine to cut out letters and designs from colored vinyl and heat-press them onto the fabric to transfer the color to it, it is a good option for penalization,put your own element on the products we already have.

Minimum quantity can be lower to 30pcs each design, if total quantity is large, no minimum for each design.

Confidentiality Agreement will be signed before receiving your designs, after order finished, if you prefer, we will “shift delete” all your designs.

Samples always need about 7-10 days, after samples confirmed, bulk order will take 15-20 days to delivery according to how complex and how many quantity the order has, for simple logo personalization, normally it will take about 2 to 6 business days to ship, shipping time generally take about 3 to 5 business days variety from country to country.

Different country has different tariff, and it is different according to different fabric and products, so it is hard to say, normally it is about 1%-13%, express will help to finish the customs clearance, you only need to do is pay the tariff to express after they contact you, certainly we will try to declare low customs value to save the tariff.

Grade A Silk is top grade silk that can be unraveled without silk floss breaking. When stretched out, a single silk floss can be as long as a mile, to ensure the quality and cost-effective, we use 6A grade silk fabric.

We have passed the SGS, Intertek and AI test for both silk fabric and dyeing stuff which shows all are absolutely non-toxic, environmental and harmless to skin and health, safe for children too.

Digital printing refers to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to silk fabric,it is kind of like printing on paper,the designs will be sent to printing machine computer after color adjustment finished,digital printing has a higher cost per page than more traditional offset printing methods, but this price is usually offset by avoiding the cost of all the technical steps required to make printing plates,It also allows for on-demand printing, short turnaround time, and even a modification of the image (variable data) used for each impression.

Double-sides digital printing means printing on two sides at same time, allows to print same or different color but same patterns on two sides.

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design.

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

It is the textile art in which two or three distinct sets of yarns or threads, the warp and the weft are interlaced with each other to form a fabric or cloth, it only works for logo or design with no gradient color, always used to make ties.

Momme is a Japanese word used as a unit of weight measurement for real silk. Momme, often abbreviated as mm, is defined as the weight in pounds of a piece of fabric sized 45 inches x 100 yards. That is an incredibly long piece of fabric — about the length of a football field! To put it terms closer to the size of sheets: one momme equates to about 4.340 grams per square meter. Eight momme fabric weighs about 1 ounce per square yard or 35 grams per square meter.

The higher the momme is, the heavier and denser the weave will be. During the process of silk production, the silk factory will adjust the density and yarn count of the silk thread to control the weight — or momme — of the fabric. With 30 momme charmeuse pillowcase, for example, the weft and warp of the silk fibers are woven closer together than they would be for a 19 momme charmeuse pillowcase. Higher momme silk fabrics are also made with thicker yarn. In this way, momme is similar to thread count, which is commonly used to measure the weave of cotton sheets.

Yes, we can custom print or embroider your own patterns or logo on silk scarves, bandanas, cushion, pillowcases, ties, bow-ties, face masks, sleep mask, bonnet, scrunchies, pajamas, robe or kimono and all kind of other silk products.

Because we have many expert craftsmen, it is a easy job for us to make any kinds of silk products, even we never make it, with a sample, we can copy a same one, the process it firstly our print technicians use state-of-the-art digital printing techniques to bond eco-friendly, water-based inks deep into the fibers of silk fabric, then our craftsmen cut fabrics in certain shape and size, after that, they machine sew the fabrics together and hand stitch other part together to make the final silk product is complete and seamless without any obvious sewing line, simply say is any silk products only has two simple process: print and sewing.

We can provide hand roll, machine zig-zag hem, machine straight hem, machine imitated hand roll, fringe, tassel, seamless double layer.

As different screen shows not same color, we can make it about 85%-90% similarity if you only provide digital print file, but with pantone color or physical sample, 90%-95% similarity can be made.

Your custom made silk products are delivered in free individual poly bags. For silk products to be given as promo company, corporate, school, club gifts, advertising gift luxurious silk products envelopes or hard boxes with your logo affixed or printed on them (minimum quantity 200/500pcs is required) are available for an additional fee. If requested, we will place your silk products in your envelopes or boxes at no extra cost.

We have cooperated factories can make custom labels in polyester or cotton material, and hang tag in paper or plastic material, besides brochure can be manufactured as well.

Yes, by working with DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, Aramex and other international express companies and freight forwarder, Sino Silk ships to most countries and regions worldwide no matter how large the package is, after your order ships out, tracking information will be sent to you, all different shipping needs your address, recipient’s name and phone number (better mobile phone number).

Please kindly noted that P.O. Boxes can not be delivered.

To mostly avoid damage during shipping, we packed all silk products in waterproof bag or box with full of adhesive tape, but certainly it is not 100% safe, no one know how the delivery men deal with the parcels.

To make sure we don’t need to take the responsibility for inappropriate shipping method.

1) When you receive the parcel, please check if the package is in good shape, whether the inner silk products are well packed, dry and clean. If there are any problems found, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us in time.

2) If you encounter the condition that the parcel must be signed before you can open it. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if everything is good then you can give the receipt to the courier. If any problem, please take clear pictures of the package, products and shipping bill, show the problem to courier and contact us immediately.

Shipping always takes 3-5 working days to most countries, some countries may need about 7-10 working days, if air freight, 7-10 working days is needed, sea shipping needs about 30-45 days or maybe longer.

1. Custom or personalized silk products.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every order result in a happy customer. Because silk product is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control colleagues will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know.

Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:

Non-Faulty Goods: we cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalized or customized specifically for you.

Faulty Goods: to return faulty goods you need to first contact our customer services team .

If a silk product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 20 days, please send our support team the message, enclose the order number, description of the issue.

In many cases, for example, defective, stained or printed design is not complete, as soon as the facts of the claims are made clear by E-mail, remedial action can be taken very quickly.

If it is difficult to be verified by email, you may need to return back all the silk product for inspection to confirm how the problem was occurred, and in that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product.

You will have to pay the delivery costs of returning the silk products in advance, if we are at fault, we will reimburse delivery postage costs.

Please note: if the product has been used, we will not be able to provide a remedy or replacement, but we can try to repair it, if there’s a little problem, we can suggest another remedy like offer discount or coupon.

2. Wholesale or non-personalized silk products.

If you notify us to cancel the order within 7 days after the product delivered, you have the right to cancel the contract to purchase non-personalized silk products. You must return the unused non-personalized silk products to us within 5 days after you notify us of the cancellation, and you must pay for returning shipping cost and the possible custom tariff.

In case of manufacturing failure, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The manufacturer’s faults include silk product scratches, stain, stitch and hemming problems. we will decide what the manufacturer is responsible for and explain to you.

Please note all the silk products are not able to returned if it has a perfume smell or washed, you may need to carefully check it when receive any silk product before wearing it.

If you return for a refund, after we receive your package, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days . Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days .

If you return for exchange, the replacement order will be dispatched within another turnaround time depends on the quantity.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience and kind understanding.

To protect your personal information and payment safety, we work with 2 payment processors; Alipay (Alibaba trade assurance) and Paypal. These services have their own security in place. Your payment information never reaches our servers and therefore is never stored anywhere on Sino Silk.

Sino silk is committed to protecting customer’s artwork copyright and promise that never use customers design for any other use, also we only keep files in our own encrypted server computer server.

In order to make clients have no worries, we prepared an official NDA document as below, if you decide to work with us, we will have it signed with your company, after project completed, all files can be deleted.

DESIGN PROTECTION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on 25, 7, 2023

BETWEEN

• Recipient: Hangzhou Sino Silk Technology Co., Ltd.

The Owner requests and the Recipient agrees that the Recipient will protect the confidential material and information which may be disclosed between the Owner and the Recipient. Therefore, the parties agree to the terms as follows:

RECIPIENT AND COMPANY PRINCIPAL STAFF  MAY NOT:

1. Sell, transfer, sub-licence, share, give away or otherwise assign the OwnerDesigns or your rights granted hereunder to any other third party.
2. Resell the Owner designs by itself or as part of a package except solely as embodied within the Project.
3. Resell the Owner designs (or otherwise make it available) in any manner that would enable a third party to download the Design as a separate file.
4. Resell the Owner designs (or otherwise make it available) online in downloadable format, as part of any competing product such as a textile/surface design compilation or digital library.
5. Use, reproduce, distribute or display the Owner designs in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution, including, without limitation, mugs, t-shirts, posters, greeting cards or other merchandise, and any of the foregoing in “print on demand” or tangible or electronic formats, as applicable, even if it has been transformed or edited, or if you add other patterns or colours to the Owner design.
6. Claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Owner designs or any derivative work created from the Owner design.
7. Use the Owner designs in an editorial manner, without the following credit adjacent to the Licensed Design or in audio/visual production credits: “XXX”
8. Use the Owner designs in a way that is considered byXXX at sole discretion, or under applicable law, that may be considered pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, defamatory or libellous in nature.
9. Claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Owner designs or any derivative work created from the Owner designs.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge that you do not obtain any Intellectual Property Rights whatsoever of the Owner designs by virtue of this Agreement and that all Intellectual Property Rights of the Owner designs shall at all times be and remain the property of  XXX . This includes all copyright, patents, database rights, registered and unregistered design rights, topography right, trademarks and service marks and applications for any of the foregoing, together with all trade secrets, know-how, rights to confidence and other intellectual and industrial property rights in all parts of the world.

OWNER DESIGNS

Owner designs includes all designs that sent to Recipient e-mail or shared by Wetransfer with Recipient principal staff of Recipient.

VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT

The  Agreement  shall  be  valid  from  the  day  of  its  signing  and  shall  be  in  effect also after the end of collaboration indefinitely.

LIABILITY

• Recipientwarrants that all persons related to the work are informed about the conditions provided by this Agreement and the liability arising from its violation.
• Recipient shall bear liability for the certified damage, which is caused to Owner by the use of the work performed by Owner.
